We start and end today with enchanting water, first with a park full of delicate waterfalls then ending the day at the hotel with a full circle rainbow. But the main event for the day, the D-I-T-L event at the dairy farm took us to meet Gena and Joao where we practiced milking their cow, made some cheese with that fresh milk, and had a great homemade lunch - all this at an ecologically sensitive farm that their neighbors (and Joao's Dad) didn't think could be done.
