Children’s Objectives

1.   Write prayers for personal devotional life

2.   Locate and mark favorite Bible passages in his/her personal Bible

3.   Apply Ten Commandments to daily life

4.   Recognize the Bible as a who, so as to see more clearly the whole plan and saving purpose of God for His people

5.   Demonstrate awareness of different translations of the Bible

6.   Make basic use of Bible helps, such as maps

7.   Identify source of Gospel record of Jesus

Parents’ Guidelines

1.   Share favorite/meaningful Bible passages with child

·     Develop family favorite Bible stories and verses.  Mark them in Bible

2.   Ensure child’s involvement in service projects in the community or at Church

·     Check with your pastor for family service projects
